As an artist, I approach each photograph as if it has it’s own story to tell. I personify the moments that I capture. This applies to everything I photograph from how parents interact with children during a portrait session, to how food interacts with the plate it is placed upon. Each photograph I create has a soul. In my landscapes, I see each as it’s own world. I like looking between the busyness of every day life and capturing the quite moments, as if there was this slight pause in the world when nothing else was happening. I also style shoots in order to create characters that exist nowhere other than my photographs. No matter the subject, I love the art of creating and capturing photographs.
